Hey mate,

You need to go back and revisit the T&Cs of con notes which were initially set out.

CNs expired meaning there won't be anymore CNs being issued (check AGM resolution 2), the company had the option to draw down on more CNs for funding (Series 3 notes etc) but they didn't, and now that option is no longer available as they have expired 3 months following the meeting.



235k Series 2 notes are the only thing left unconverted at the moment, and it is required that they redeem an equal amount every month.
