Anyone on a stock forum should know that the price of oil is beyond the powers of our gov. to influence. The Lib's 5c/l is pathetic and populist (they have even admitted that they would not necessarily cut if they were the gov.) but Labor's responses have been ill-conceived too.
I loathed the Liberals and do not believe they would have done any better if in power but Kev has been a bitter disappointment. Gough, Hawkie and Paul at least had some vision. Kev is the ultimate populist, sans backbone. :(
