Your comment, verbatim, was "They'll sell a boat and close out the notes". You were half right. A boat is indeed being sold (notably at a loss of US$7.6m vs book...), but the notes are not being 'closed out'.
Interesting that there's no mention of the leaseback terms. They're assuredly onerous.
