Dont know but they are surely taking their time.
I think ady has showed many times that when news is imminent the volume and price spike.
I am thinking that first JORCS get announced then demerger immediately after (same week). Considering they are 90% there so they may have the ruling already and just finilazing docs.
All speculation on my behalf of course :)
