Previous post has incorrect date was 31-Dec-2019 now 31-Dec-2018 (creates problem if you copy - paste)
Why has the company failed to lodge a 6 monthly financial statement (appendix 4D) viewed and signed by an auditor, for the 6 months ending 31-Dec-2018 that was due in March-2019 (Before the March quarterlies which were due in Apr-2019)
Is the money held in the DRC solicitors trust account which based on past financials appears to be the deposit or part payment for the JV still held in the DRC solicitors trust account? If “yes” is it refundable if the deal does not proceed? If “no” where is it?
