You're right, nothing bad in it at all; it is just a general restatement. If anything its reference to the future and iron, copper and lithium and their global locales gives the impression of an intention to build a BHP, minus the petroleum interests. The headline production of 170 mta ore speaks for itself.
I just thought the sell-off and spread odd, albeit the DCE reduction (868 yuan as I write) and the NYSE break tonight. I did not think the buy orders at 9.21 and 9.19 stood a chance. Perhaps a directionless day tomorrow and then see what lead the NYSE on Friday gives for next week.
Perhaps also a bit of twitchiness as new highs are reached. The end of year production data when released should help.
