The sharemarket is not a place for the nervous. You have to continually assess whether market cap makes sense. Is it cheap or over-valued. It’s why I pay zero attention to Charts. Complete garbage in my view. Voodoo for those that cannot read a Balance Sheet nor interpret the actual numbers. Do you think the greatest investor in history, WB, looks at Charts.
If everything is so rosy, why are we getting smashed? Really good question. The better question is this: are the sellers on the money or are the buyers on the money? Interesting hey!
