Some might call that a falling wedge but I think two of the greatest authorities of all time on classical charting might disagree...
In any event, a break of the upper trend line would be required for confirmation.

Schabacker would certainly not call this a double bottom even if it did move up from here:








The high volume red candle on the 21st at the peak of the interval between the "bottoms"
is also disconcerting as it should be higher in the "bottoms".

Bukowski, on the other hand, might still call this a potential double bottom, though not an ideal one:




Once again though... it would require a break of the highest point between the "bottoms" (0.57)
for a valid entry on that basis.

Not saying it doesn't go up from here, but I would be cautious with entries here...tight stops.
Does look due for a bounce potentially but I don't see solid patterns here.
Unless of course, you are investing in this fundamentally and truly have a grasp of the situation.
