There could be something out of left field that may play havoc with PLS and other Li stocks today.
AJM just gone into a trading halt as they are about to announce "changes to the Company’s existing offtake arrangements."
That makes delays to Wodgina, PLS, GXY and now a change to Altura's offtake arrangements.
This market adjustment (to supply) is happening quicker than most realise. This could force the analysts to readjust their thinking. If all the current producers are scaling back production, the oversupply myth becomes just that. The only real damage will come to the fledgling producers - those without established mines or rock solid offtake agreements in place.
We could see another market shudder this morning!!
