    If they get the assets sold, manage to get some cheaper finance and move ahead, it is not out of the question for them to be back to paying a dividend of close to what their last one was - about 39 cents for the year.

    If you can hold on for a couple of years, getting the full price that you paid for the shares in the first place should make you a lot more happy with your investment!

    ;-)

    Still risk here, but I think that they are flat out like a lizard drinking to get the crisis issues sorted.
