I don't know if QC Faris is actually saying anything other than the usual, worn out cliche that the media is hypocritical. We know that, no need to ask a QC about that; but it is glib stuff to blame the media for the law's inability to deal with publicity... oh but that's right, he IS pointing out the fact that the judge's decision WAS UNUSUAL and that there are better, more correct ways the judge could have dealt with the matter... do I detect Faris is also insinuating that the judge is an idiot?
