Every day then can pick up MLX and strip out the healthy Sn assets by spin-out or trade sale. In fact Sandfire Resources has been speculated on to be the one to do just that. However they don't and I would speculate because they want a read on Nifty being closer to being fixed or visibility on the cost reductions achievable.
