the volume is determined by the buy-side. If more buying interest coming up the seller dumps more shares and only as little shares as necessary are dumped to drive the price down. This is very effective with a stock that has no institutional support and no marketing at all. Seems to me that the capper is interested in a placement in the 20ies in order to provide his customers with cheap shares. This kind of promotion is necessary inourdays to keep customers sweet.
