I wonder if Ron and our US holders (3 CR's to US interests since we became FLC causing significant dilution) are kept informed of contract wins under 3 million and progress? Or are they subject to the same communication blackout as us? If not, is that legal? IMO FLC has two class of shareholders. US and Australians. First and second class respectively and in the long run will eradicate the later. What has Adam Hinckley achieved since being appointed VP investor relations? IMO FLC management have complete disregard for Australian shareholders which ironically will contribute to the justification for moving to the US or private - on the basis of low liquidity and our MC not reflecting growth and future potential. Australians just don't understand water! And the value of the company would be higher in the US or private which would enable access to capital and higher liquidity.... Whilst this is somewhat true (with more capital in the US), the share price would also be significantly higher if management communicated, put some effort toward investor relations in AUSTRALIA and didn't issue shares to US interests off market (including some being sold on market to destroy (manipulate?) the share price. There are plenty of ASX listed companies with high market caps on the basis of future potential which are not yet cash flow positive...PET is the obvious comparison but take a look at NXS! (different industry but same point, not profitable yet Australian instos are pouring in). In our case, anytime we have something remotely positive (or very positive such as a 240m contract) the bots take control masterfully and back down we go...I wonder how all those Livewire readers are feeling after buying on Monday only to see the bots take control of the action and push it back down. Perhaps they have already started to sell... IMO Australian instos see the price action (bot control) and know better than to play games with wealthier powers and management with higher loyalties. I guess we will see what the quarterly brings in three weeks but the future for Australian holders is looking increasingly bleak IMO.
