For an explanatory memorandum it didn't do much explaining!
I think we've pretty much run out of money, so they want to consolidate to bring the price up in order to do a CR.
As for the name change.... NFI. Trying to put a fresh face on things to bring in some dumb money? Can't see it working tbh.
There are no buyers now, so there needs to be some good news flow before that's going to change.
