Perhaps you could show me in COP's SEC filings where it says WPL are indemnified?
COP's latest SEC filing does not even mention Senegal and I have posted the indemnifications here from the SEC filings.
Quite happy for you to put up the evidence if I have it wrong.

Note indemnification for certain potential losses related to the disposition....not the company or the asset....the actual transaction.
