Jezza65, ok, so you say that production is years away. But the shortage is years away too. The current price is the reflection of the possibility of a future shortage. There is no current shortage all the producers are saying that, thence once all this Iraq opens up, USA starts drilling off the shore and in Alaska and Russia opens more of its super deep wells which are almost 70% successful you'll work out why oil is suddenly the same price as Uranium is now.
The only main reason there is a possible future shortage is because you can't mine in Iraq. In Iraq you won't have to explore much as well, its EVERYWHERE!
