You must be kidding? How did they believe FAR could PE with no applicable pe rights?? Lol?
I simply have no idea how you or anyone for that matter can read anything other than WPL didn't believe PE rights existed.
Coleman says they sought legal advice BEFORE making the sale......so BEFORE the deal was done they didn't believe there were pe rights.
