Wow. You are very organised. I made 2 lts. from 3 chicken frames plus 3 chicken marylands. Today, I found a chicken on special for only $6 and have pondering whether to cook it in the pressure cooker and make some more stock. I have plenty of recycled food containers from takeaway whatevers and so could fill up my fridge beautifully. Chicken stock is so very useful. I currently have:
Tomato Soup
Celeriac Soup
Parsnip and Apple
Pumpkin Soup (I like onion and tomato paste in mine, cooked in chicken stock.)
Combination of celeriac, onion, celery, potato and fennel.
2 or 3 or 4 serves of these only. Just whatever I fancy, until they disappear. No overall plan.
I feel quite self righteous. One of my women friends sports an almost empty refrigerator. I cannot live happily like that myself.
But, as you say, it is a cinch when you are organised.
