Perhaps there'd be some logic if converting options would save the need for a CR, but we don't know if a CR will be required. The company may already be on a solid trajectory to cashflow positive well before their current cash reserves are exhausted. At the last quarterly they had enough cash for close to 3 quarters, and new contract subscription income has been announced since then.
