I was probably lucky, but luck is usually made. Just hang in there, recognise and take the oppurtunities when they arise. Patience, patience, patience.

The profit from that one play went to purchasing a motel freehold that I ran until I took the title from the bank after 8 years ( oh what a feeling). I thoughly enjoyed the experience. Recently sold and getting bored already.

Best of luck. I suspect the movement long term for VPE is north, but probably not at 'hype' speed, if you get what I mean.
