Ok, people. Tell me a reason why I should not buy more of these.
9.4 cent yield and has been the same for years. There has been no indication to suggest this will ever change. REcently refinanced for at least another 2 years.

Share price 51 cents!!

There are virtually no bids.

Doesn't anyone have any money at the moment?
Or are they all really that scared of anything with the word property in it.

I would have expected to even see some low ball bids in the 40's because in this market you never know when you could pick something up.

Any advice would be great because I'm tempted to load up at this price but am just too scared.
