HDR may be very excited about pelican and block 7 in general and the window of opportunity to aquire a larger stake in the near future may be small so the funds in the bank could be a god send. Either way, HDR are now in a position to pursue whatever course is in the best interst of HDR rather than having to make a placement at a significant discount in this fickle market place to fund future opportunities.
