I would assume 60c-70c in the dollar would mean either at the time Opes went under or the value when people first invested or put up collateral. Probably the former.
It can't really be as of now, as most stocks have been reduced in value because of anz's selling. This would mean a double hit for investors. anz would be sued big time!
