I've said it once and I'll say it again... at what point do fake rumors and spreading untrue "facts" constitute defamation and slander. Especially when they can cause a company to lose $100's of millions in share value and market confidence. Some of the blatant dribble on here must come quite close.Seen cases where people have been dragged into court for a lot less.
