    Very good summary. IMO GET NIELSON Data to verify the claims of a potential improvement in the near future. If it's true recon that the report will confirm their story on actual performance. Check if new customer sales are permanent listing or just a promotional sale. PROMOTIONAL SALES will not necessarily translate to future orders.DYOR
