Any guesses on the placement price. You nailed the KIK raising last month. If it's a 15% job and a decent amount of cash then we could be talking a price well above what it is trading. That would be unusual, but to try and buy a few million RIA on market without sending the price sky high would be difficult.
I guess we will find out Friday or Monday.
