some of you need a reality check...........be careful about buying in those western sydney areas..........watch out for your neighbours.........unemployed etc, noisy distruptive neighbours, and if you say you not live there but rent it out.......you will find it difficult to get good people to rent........they will not want to live their either.............and the prices will stay depressed for ever, those housing commission style houses will never compare to first home buyers styles over in the eastern suburbs.........
similarly if there are a lot of indigenous people live in the area........on average they have no respect for houses, garden or pride in the place, and it brings the whole street, suburb down with it.....friend mentioned the other day about adelaide.she said its depressing.......
I bought a unit in a regional city....not a large number of indigenous in the area...........but turned out some were in that area.............the hell we went thru for 12 months.......I could not get out fast enuff ......cars broken into and stolen, the unit broken into several times.......the neighbours too scared to say anything about the problems.........get the drift of what reality might be like in some of sydneys western suburbs
cheers
