@troutfisho, Indirectly? I am not sure what yo mean by that but I have a guess and give you this analogy: Anyone who goes behind bars faces police first, BUT does that mean anyone who goes to the police is going to end behind bars?!?!

And why two days is too long and more than one day can be fatal? Consider a company receiving some significant info which needs to be carefully considered perhaps by all members of the BoD and then a response to the market to be prepared, Could it be done all overnight and update the market within a day? Note that one day TH means basically doing all of that within a day (or out the following day)!

I hope you get the picture here when i say some expectations are un-justified.

So, I would like to know if there have been any cases where a company was fatally affected as a result of choosing to put a TH in place to consider a potentially market sensitive financial information and that without the TH they would have survived.
