IMHO, COP we're selling the 1. The PEable part ie: the interest in the blocks and issued a PE notice to Far with the stated sale figure we all know about.
2.The "confidential" part ie: 100% of the shares in COP'S subsidiary, COP Senegal BV. Which Far may not be legally intitled to have access to this information.
I guess this is what is before the tribunal.
