"PRIVATE FUNDING"
I have held ESI shares for over two years now and apart from taking soooo long to achieve anything, the only negative (to SP) thing they have done, many times, is dilute the shares with private funding.
I have never fully understood the companies technology but I do understand their potential and I understand that when this company takes off with contracts and so on, the share will bounce back to where I bought it (and hopefully some more).
But how many MORE times are they going to do seek private funding?
Is there ways of getting funding without negatively influencing the share price?
And please correct me if I am wrong, but didn't they make an agreement with some company about a year ago where they had access to ongoing funds?
