Everything is so difficult with this crew and another example today. They should have been all over this but no its now afternoon and still nothing. If you started listing all the fails and went back a decade you could write a novel. The Ect rep was going to answer our questions but that fizzled out. We're supposed to be trading but that hasn't occured not bad for a week let alone a decade.
