This is what I said after the intial fall. Regardless of our previous differences of opinion, this seems inarguable.

Cautious optimism perhaps? Once the pilot plant is producing, the technology is proven and the 20,000bbl plant is just a matter of time, money and environmental clearance.

Nobody seems to be suggesting there is a problem with the pilot plant itself, anyway. And there shouldn't be - the FT process is well-proven.
