Firstly, kudos on having the guts to post your comps for the world to hear. I do like what you have done, but I will critique them based on my opinion.

As a fellow muso, I will say the following (bear in mind I have only listened to the songs once):

1) I noticed that the guitar rhythm (and thus the feel of the whole song) in all 3 songs are almost identical. Although they all have different chordal structures and melodies, they all start to blend in together having the same rhythms. They all start to have a folky feel to them (nothing wrong with that, but you said one was rock and one was pop - I just drifted back into folk sounds from the 60's/70's with the similar rhythms and guitar sounds).

2) Some of the vocal melodies aren't refined enough. They seem to drift at points and lose the listener rather than capture the audience wanting more. Almost as though you are trying to fit too many notes into the lines. Maybe less note changes to allow the listener to be more drawn into the lyrics and feel of the song.

3) All that being said, I think they have good potential after some further refinement
