    Xerxes I dont know.

    What i do know is the Vietnamese govt is working hard to get the inflation back to 10% - that's their aim.

    They are subsidising petrol in Vietnam too - it's considerably cheaper than in Australia .. and they are still running a 25% inflation rate !
