Not delivering on announcements, mou's, business plans or pretty much anything is a good thing for MNS imo.
If they ever do manage to borrow or deliver something, it will become obvious that the company is not worth its market cap and the share price will drop to reflect true value. imo.
Borrow 52 mill, spend a few years trying to build a factory, add in the risk, pay the interest. Not a great picture for the share price.
