I wouldn't be surprised if there are also t+3 sellers who left early this morning, and I think with so many shares down substantial amounts, then people's risk aversion may diminish. Or better still market aversion may increase.

I feel like a little kid waiting to open my birthday presents. You know they are wrapped early, and the family keep talking about them (you know "you are going to be so happy" talk), but you're told you're going to have to wait (it's not your birthday yet, just a few more days). Every day you ask, can I just open them today) And the answer is no, you have to wait! Anyone remember that feeling?
