It is with much sadness and nostalgia that the car im on record as saying ive allways wanted to drive at least once. VW Beatle. Is going out of production. Sure there is faster, newer whatever. I think it steems back to a road trip 40yrs ago in a California style beach buggy doing great ocean road with surf boards attached. Now ive driven a lot of cars, boats, tractors, forklifts. owned many motorcycles. Riden harley, bmw, norton, rm's yz's and a lot more. JAWA anyone? But a beatle? Sure laugh like everyone else. I wanted to feel the torque from a flat 4 1300 in the boot, independent suspension built in to 50's. Change gears and see how it rolls. Apologies all for my slow day.....
