I think you are heavily misjudging the confidence that will be brought back into this stock once finance is announced.
Also I think you are heavily missing a few other minor? developments that can also happen any time now.. you should know about them, Nachu and some other gigafactory projects.

On a sidenote, imagine if they manage to get the money on excellent terms. Would that make heads turn you think?

you can guess all you like and make as many bets as you like.. you don't know.
