Think all directors should seriously think about forgoing directors fees this year. Whilst it may only amount to a little over $1 million, it would be a good public relations gesture, given the fees they have received in previous years. If directors of CER & CNP they are effectively being paid twice on the same assets, given CNP owns 50% of CER.
