At what point should these announcement be considered as misleading or erroneous? It beggars belief that our regulators can stand by time after time and allow this to occur without putting a muzzle on these announcements until they are actually in a position to seriously relist! Is it a stalling tactic because that it what it is looking like to me!

Wisest thing take them off the register all together, until they can make an announcement with words to effect "the company IS relisting tomorrow morning at 10:00am"
