The answer is no mate.
To participate in the capital raise, the Feldmans like ourselves can only legally use their own private finances.
They are certainly not participating in a cr with company finances or other funds from the raise.
I thought some of our other critical experts might step in & answer your question but it obviously didn't suit them.
