Quite frankly that's extraordinary, it is almost sexually arousing how outrageous that is.
Let's break it down just to appreciate each and ever word.
Greater - This means "more" right? There is more, that's what you are saying? ok MOOORRRRE
Supply - This means houses, townhouses, apartments right? That's what you mean? Buildings in which people live right? Like, where they eat, sleep etc? This is what you mean?
Coming Online - This is the hard part. I am really trying to come to grips with this mate, please help. "Coming Online", hmmmm, no, sorry I just don't understand this one. Where do they come "online" ???? Where do they appear from??? Please help me to understand. OK I will have a go here, try to understand the pearls dropping from your fingers onto that keyboard. Are you saying more will be for sale? Is that it? So the people buying have more to choose from? I've got it haven't I? You and I are really in synch here!!!!
But wait! What about the people selling? Where do they go? Don't they need "houses, townhouses, apartments" ??? Where do they get those??? The building industry aint making anymore so it has to be one for one doesn't it???
