A little bit of varying opinion about whether PIL will ever achieve
their goal of providing banking services for the "un banked "
in the Philippines
They have been on this case for over 3 years now , and clocked up constant operating losses .
They are just surviving on some loans / convertible notes and are waiting for a placement at twice their current market price , that has been announced some 6 months ago .
It would seem unlikely that thats going to happen .
But it might
