so what is this actually saying?
when it says E/C is "complying with..." these standards and Table 1, what did that achieve as far as verification goes??
thats a genuine question.
I know we were waiting for this - I know its good.

But I guess I want to understand just what results (specific results) the independent lab appointed by NTPEP achieved.
Did they get the same performance results as the other tests??

Because if we can quote the results of those performamce tests - we can add those results to all the other great results:
GDOT test
Marta tests
Colorado tests etc.
