So I received a couple of unsolicited calls to inquire about whether or not I was going to participate. My answer was no. My reason was that as a "foundation" investor I was thoroughly disillusioned by the Fosters cap raises at deep discounts that were not offered to shareholders like me or indeed any other shareholders (other than existing clients of Fosters). We just had to wear the dilution.
The fact that they appear to be struggling to complete the cap raise is a worry though not surprising.
