But they will probably raise money the way acl did last time. An investor just puts in some millions at a bit of a discount.
This is not going to be a hard sell.
Or... any deal with a big pharma will include an 'upfront' payment. pfizer hold over 8m shares.
ps, accept takeover at $2. When I said $5 I was thinking the sp was 20c, but it's the mkt cap which is 20 (million dollars).
