    Hi Scatter,
•Firstly, never made fun of your spelling, and if you look at any response I have ever provided you, not only have I never made fun of your spelling, I have been courteous and respectful to you.
•I appreciated the irony in the content of your quote, and the fact that it was wrong, my humor is not for everyone, but given the last few days, a little light-heartedness does not go astray. To be clear though, still never made fun of your spelling, nor do I think I am smarter or less smart than someone who can or cannot spell
•Your calls for constructiveness are applauded, however when someone states a company is never to again be trusted, in their opinion, I fail to see any constructiveness whatsoever in such statements. I thus see an incompatibility between the first post of yours that I quoted, and your response to my post
•I believe In accountability... in a company sure that means to your shareholders, but as a shareholder it means accountability in my own decisions. I bought into this company, I put it passwords to make the transactions, the buck stops at me if I lose money in it. If I haven't made every effort to assist my company in trying to succeed, or even worse blasted the company and how terrible I think they may or may not be, then that is on me.
•When you are looking at my posts, have a look at in particular https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/36489243/singl or any of my posts in my thread on adding value. Also have a look at my queries relating to consideration of non-mining company parties as constructive suggestions to the company, which, in my opinion were wholly misinterpreted or purposefully deflected. See if you would like to re-evaluate my intent or approach, perhaps in contrast to your posting style
•In relation to ECT, and most relevant to this forum, yes I am a supporter. I believe that comes hand in hand with being a shareholder, but does not mean you cannot be constructive, nor throw up suggestions, nor query reasoning or approach or try and offer solutions or opportunities for consideration. I see no value in holding a stock only to shoot myself in the foot and try and destroy a company either though. I also don't support people who feel it their life mission to destroy a company whose shares they don't own
•I believe there are good techs available within our company, but it is never guaranteed a good tech makes it to market just because it is a good tech. I agree with many there are some severe issues with the ability of our management team to put the critical deals across the line, but am not sure whether getting rid of them is the most prudent nor strategic approach as I believe they are learning partially from their mistakes. This is demonstrated in their consistency across holding Q&As ( no matter how bad the stock price is they are still fronting up ), some demonstrated humility particularly as of late, and despite the odd bit of unneeded arrogance along the way which deteorates their credibility. I do question whether it is lip service (particularly when they offer to answer questions, then disappear)
•I don't care what people think of me on an anonymous forum, nor do I aim to make every single person happy in life, but O do prefer to have collaborative relationships with anyone I deal with, and time and time again have experienced in the businesd world this approach often delivers the best results ( these relationships are very few and far between in anonymous forums )

I am not here to provide advice, but I try and take people's opinions at face value, regardless of what I think of them... I can still learn from people I seriously dislike. This is why I have never really entertained those who try and flush out what I do in life, or what age I am, or what my background is, because at the end of the day it doesn't matter and I am sure no one cares, anyone can come up with a great idea, or suggestion regardless of their background, status, intelligence... for you to make assumptions about these things around myself (what dies anyone's age have to do about this?) I believe show a bit of contradiction ( I would say hypocrisy but deem that might set you off in an unintended manner) in what you are trying to say about me.
So, respectfully, here is your chance to be constructive scatterpult. The past is the past, and let's assume the board we have is cemented in:
•What actions would you take to quickly start generating sales in the areas wecan generate sales
•What actions will get our complex technologies (Say Coldry and Matmor to start) to the market as quickly and efficiently as possible, and under terms that will be in our best interests
•What solutions do you have for our current situation?
I don't want problems brought up in relation to above, I don't care how you spell, and I am not interested in the already widely documented challenges this forum so readily outlines

Before hitting reply, take a breath, let the blood cool, recognize I am not attacking you, and seriously consider the questions. Otherwise don't hit reply.

    Respectfully,
A cautious (note I have dropped the excited some time ago) shareholder,
    ST
