To me fwiw it looks like a classic case, as in contract law, of the timing involved in rescinding the initial agreement and that sentry may well have had a volte-face when they realized they were no longer dictating the terms 9and a better offer on the cardds for mhl). I see it as a positive for MHL - and well done on management's part - hope I'm right.
