Ummm, yeh, I wasn't particularly focusing on that point.
If you read my whole post, I can't believe this is worthy of an ASX ann for CDX full stop.
A marketing / future prospect issue, sure and treated as such.
As I said CMS changed their policy on about 2/7 so if it was directly relative to CDX you would think they would have breathlessly rushed out an Ann

(Normally wouldn't even bother about something like this, however CDX has a habit of talking big picture instead of specifics, which again is fine in marketing but less so in Company anns!! It is rife in any Ann involving inHealth. When the purchase deal was Ann'd no details were provided of that Company just blue sky comments about the size of the market it was in - which makes it difficult for anyone wanting to do some actual analysis!!)
